Well Coby played the number 3 seed today and he played incredible!!

But the player he played also cheated on the score. Coby lost 6-3 , 6-3.
I was watching from 3 courts a way on the first set and I KNOW the score was
4-4 for I was counting the games

The second set I went and stood on the court next to his for I was talking to
the Cal State Northridge coach - Gary Victor - and I asked the score of his
opponent. It was 3-2. Coby then broke him and broke him again. So I had the score at 5-5 and was talking to Gary when his opponent came up to shake his hand and say the score was 6-3 again - WHICH I KNOW WAS WRONG! In fact this same player forgot to switch side at 4-3 and served 2 points till Coby told him he needed to switch.

So from now on we are going to get scorecards for our matches and make sure we ALWAYS know the score.

But Coby REALLY hit the ball great - broke his opponents serve at will = and played a great game. And we will be playing a LOT at Northridge in the future.

Now are moving on the next tournament.
